Who Are We?
Clear Solutions – Profile
Clear Solutions has been established since 2009 and is now incorporated as Clean Buildings Limited.
We provide cleaning services for property managers, facilities managers, directors of RTMs etc. Buildings we clean range from apartment blocks and offices to large scale developments.
Our offices are based in Lee, Southeast London.

Clear Solutions are members of the SafeContractor Scheme. Members of our team hold IRATA and IPAF certification for working at height. We have established an environmental management system and are working towards ISO 14001 accreditation.
Our customer base has grown strong because we offer cleaning services that are professional and cost-effective. We provide detailed quotes and good communication with property managers throughout each contract. On site our staff are polite and we often receive good feedback about this.

Our Attitude Towards Health And Safety
Safe Working Environment
We ensure that everyone in the working area is kept safe. It is our standard practice to carry out a risk assessment each day at every site.
The Public
We ensure the public are kept safe by:
- Putting up clear warning signs of work in process
- Cordoning off working areas whenever appropriate
- Wearing high visibility jackets for clear identity
Our Cleaning Team
Our operatives are trained to be aware of their responsibilities to themselves and members of the public.
Safety At Height
Working at height requires training and proper equipment.
In line with health and safety directives we limit the use of ladders to a minimum. Where they are necessary, standard precautions are taken to ensure safety.
Full Insurance
We’re insured for:
- £5,000,000 Employers Liability
- £5,000,000 Public Liability
All staff, vehicles, equipment and members of the public are covered.
Our insurance is regularly reviewed to ensure it continues to cover all contracts.

Our Attitude Towards The Environment
Clear Solutions Have Established An Environmental Management System
In practical terms, Clear Solutions are complying with relevant legislation and identifying ways to reduce our energy and water use, waste and chemicals.
We’re working towards gaining ISO 14001 accreditation. This is an internationally recognised standard showing a company is environmentally friendly.
We’ve set up an environmental management system and will be monitored by an independent auditor.
